A fun, safe introduction to gymnastics for children aged 3 and under.
Sessions focus on building basic strength, coordination, and balance through simple, age-appropriate activities and free movement.
The class also gives dads and caregivers a relaxed space to meet other parents while their kids play and learn. It’s a low-pressure way for children to get active and for dads to connect.
