About the event
Join us at the MAMA HUB for a relaxed and informative session with Alex Hamilton from Tiny Toes Nursery, who is also a qualified nutritionist. 💛
Alex will be chatting all things little ones, nutrition and family life, sharing practical advice and tips that can be useful whether you have a tiny baby, toddlers, school-aged children or older kids. There’ll be plenty of opportunity to ask questions, have a chat and share experiences with other mamas.
And as always at the MAMA HUB, kids of all ages are very welcome! Come along with your little ones or enjoy some time for yourself, grab a cuppa and homemade traybake, and make yourself at home. The Hub is a space for all mamas, whatever stage of motherhood you’re at.
